Black walnut ink is hand made from organic walnuts and is perfect for sepia toned drawings or calligraphy. Stabalized with alcohol, this ink should last a long time without developing mold, but refrigerate if you desire.
 
Some points to note:
If you are allergic to nuts, check in with your doctor before using walnut ink.
Walnut ink is not waterproof or water resistant so it can be easily cleaned off of a non-porous surface, such as glass, but it will stain fabrics and skin.
Walnut ink is acidic.
